I want to be clear. Avoid this shop at ALL COSTS!!! They are pathologically incapable of being honest and with their customer. 4 days it took for a book time 8-12 hour job. In that time they offered up no updates we had to call to be lied to. Being told they were working on it and they hadn’t even started. Being told they had multiple techs on it but no one was. The lied about having the work started as well as promising eod every day it was there or worst case the following morning. To add insult to injury they were in my sleeper and turned my fridge off causing my food and far more costly my diabetes medication costing more than 1500 dollars and claiming they didn’t. There is no other way for the fridge to be disabled but the factory switch next to my bed. Kenworth owners will know what I’m talking about. Don’t trust these guys with your truck unless you don’t care about your time or your money.

They are very easy to work with, the quote was spot on, and Jesse's communication was one of the best I have worked with in a long time. I would use them again and recommend them if you are in the area and need great service.

I would highly recommend this company. We had some roof and side wall damage on one of our box trucks and the repair work done was excellent and the cost to do so was extremely fair. We have had work like this done before at other shops and would absolutely go back to Penn Jersey. We worked with Joe W. who was very communicative throughout the entire process. He came out to our facility right away to assess. He turned around a very fair estimate the next day and the shop performed the repairs in less time then was estimated. Their work was as discussed and impeccable. They were kind enough to pick our truck up for the repairs and then brought it back when it was finished. The entire process was seamless for us. This was beyond helpful with our hectic schedule. Definitely exceeded our expectations.

MUST READ MUST READ MUST READ This is the first review I ever wrote to a company so listen closely. I don’t advise anyone to go here but if you do check everything they worked on and more because they will try to get you guaranteed 1,000,000% I went into get some Mudflap and they didn’t even do the job right they actually welded the Mudflap bar and it was supposed to be bolted and they charge me 2.5 hours of labor and we all know it’s 1 hour minimum for every shop you go to but than again we all know it only takes 30 minutes tops. I’m cool with paying the price for a shop but what got me mad is they unhooked my pins to my trailer so when I pull off The whole tandems hits the rear part and makes damages so I will have to get it fix there if it’s really bad. And to top it all off when I called in to speak to the manager (Paul) he was defensive and aggravated and really unprofessional
